**We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to our clients. You will help install, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.**:
If you’re computer-savvy and enjoy supporting end users, we’d like to meet you. To succeed in this role, you should have a problem-solving attitude along with the ability to give clear technical instructions. You should also be familiar with remote troubleshooting techniques.

Ultimately, you will ensure prompt and accurate customer service and increase client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide IT support for any of our various customers both remotely and on site for the following technologies.
- Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots required client software and hardware, whether onsite or remotely.
- To deliver support to an organization’s desktop, laptop to ensure all computers, network connections and software are functioning smoothly.
- Basic wire/wireless Networking, Network Printer installation/ File Server
- Network Mapping & Basic knowledge on Cloud
- Windows Active directory user management
- PC data transfer to new PC whole setup new PC
- Assisting the Projects Engineers with new implementations and migrations
- Work with Helpdesk team for ticket escalation and reporting
- Document maintenance for all computer systems and network infrastructure
- Communicate with customers as required and keep them informed of incident progress and notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages.
- Be available for other engineers and coach them to resolutions.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT.

**Requirements/Qualifications:
- Experience - Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent
- Specific skills - Must have exposure on Mobile Application roll out & Troubleshooting
- Certifications - Any IT related certificates will be an additional.
