**Key Responsibilities**
- To pursue, negotiate and secure catering related contracts in Non-Aviation sector (both pursuits and existing renewals)
- Increase revenue by marketing new innovative and value-added products and services to customers
- Pricing and billing management - Ensure integrity and accuracy in costing/pricing/billing
- Promote SATS as the preferred caterer/manufacturer to current and potential customers
- Contract management - negotiate contract terms, manage service level agreements (if any)
- Serve as the key facilitator and key source of communication with clients and coordinate internally to meet/exceed client expectations.

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business background preferred
- 2 to 5 years working experiences, preferably in F&B industry and in similar roles such as Customer Service/Relationship Manager/Marketing Manager roles
- Possess excellent communication and facilitation skills to manage internal and external customers
- Able to work in fast paced and dynamic environment
- A team player who is independent and proactive with excellent time management skills, good business acumen and well verse with numbers
