**Responsibilities**
- Duty Supervisors play a leading role in ensuring that the operational activities are conducted to the satisfaction of the Gallery
- Being leaders for front-of-house function, the supervisors are expected to proactively conduct checks and service audits on the staff to ensure that the service and operations is up to the industry’s standard and to the satisfaction of the Gallery
- They shall strive to use their expertise and experience in guiding and ensuring that the staff is doing their jobs in accordance with established SOPs and WIs.
- The Duty Supervisors may be supported in their roles by a core group of team leaders.

**Requirements**:

- As the supervisory staff, the person performing this function is expected to have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role or capacity.
- Prior supervisory experience in public buildings or attractions is highly desirable for this role.

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
