Join us as a **Meetings & Events Manager** in Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium. You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Because of this vital role, we are looking for someone who can,

**Your day to day**
- Maximise all conference and banquet opportunities to achieve the optimum departmental revenue.
- Adopt proactive measures to fill function space capacity and maximise space and revenue.
- Conduct site inspections and tour familiarisations.
- Assist in the co-ordination of conference sales/promotional events and activities.
- Client facing and customer service expertise, including effective and professional oral and written communication, as well as confident interpersonal interaction.
- Monitor local competitors and compare their operation with his/her operation.
- Solicits business and follow up on referrals and potential sales leads.
- Establish leads and conversion of potential opportunities.

**What we need from you**
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field, with 3 years' related experience.
- Demonstrates the ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Problem solving and guest centric.
