**This role reports to the General Manager for Singapore and Malaysia.**

The Sales Manager will be responsible independently executing operational plans and/or deliver defined significant projects with a direct impact on sales. Challenges processes and practices identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

**Responsibilities**:
A sole contributor managing the Malaysian market, this person will:
a) Identify market trends, dynamics and opportunities within the industry.

b) Develop strong, trust-based relationships with customers and stakeholders

c) Strengthen partnership with existing customers and build new partnerships with potential customers to grow the market share and mindshare in Malaysia.

d) Identify customer prospects within the Malaysia hearing aid market and follow up on identified prospects to create new business opportunities for sales and pipeline development.

e) Formulate Go-To-Market strategies and scenario planning with internal stakeholders

f) Plan and execute product launches, marketing campaigns and promotions with a focus on company and customer values.

g) Propose and manage activities related to targeted account sales/marketing campaigns and/or programs

h) Disciplined and regular operations and sales activity reporting using platforms like Salesforce and any other work-from-home tools required in a modern sales team.

i) Be the face of the Malaysian business and therefore e comfortable with media and use of social medial for professional purposes.

j) In addition to this, you are required to conduct any other work that falls within the Malaysian subsidiary business as defined by the GM.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree with at least 3-5 years experience in a B2B or B2B2C environment
- Preferably with experience in medical device, optical or health-related industries favoured, but not essential.
- Be able to thrive in an ever-evolving environment, in an industry that is rapid growth
- Competent in using SalesForce
- Be confident in leading discussion with Customers and marketing team
- Have proficiency in cost & budget management
- Work well in cross-functional teams, in a lean environment

**Other Information**:

- Basic Salary: RM10,000 to RM14,000
- Car Allowance provided
- Working Day: Mon to Fri
- Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
