**Position Summary**:
Responsible for direct sales solicitation for the Hotel.
- Present the Hotels' products and services effectively.
- Maximise and achieve all sales personal productivity.
- Create excellent guest and client relationships.
- Attend tradeshows, travel functions, major business functions.
- Identify business trends and marketing opportunities.
- Generate new sales leads and maintain relationships with clients through sales calls and regular site inspection.
- Manage corporate meetings, banquet events, residential and non-residential meeting groups or travel trade accounts.
- Secure new accounts and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with clients for outstanding or overdue payments.
- Support the development of the annual Business Plan and Hotel Budget and Marketing Plan.

**Talent Profile**:

- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 year of relevant sales experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking and organisational skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
