**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Administration and Logistics
- In charge of Marketing logistics, inventory and watch boxes.
- Ensure efficient and timely preparation for third party collection and delivery of stock, Marketing items and Trade materials to Boutiques, retailers and events.
- Coordinate the logistics fieldwork including receiving of General Cargo and arrange accordingly to need. Perform stock in and out according to movement.
- Coordinate with Company-assigned Forwarder on warehouse storage processes.
- Taking charge of the general office and marketing store, including but not limited to maintaining cleanliness and well kept.
- Ordering of relevant materials, arranging with third party for collection and delivery.
- Perform weekly/monthly stock count and ensure accuracy of inventory.
- To ensure all Company’s inventories (i.e. watches, jewellery pieces and boxes) are properly monitored and reconciled to minimize discrepancy.
- To ensure that all shipments on purchases are properly checked and reconciled against shipment invoices. To follow up with Headquarters on any purchase related issues when necessary.
- To ensure that the quality control on new shipments are performed according to the specific guidelines and to the quality standards established by Headquarters.
- Perform general administrative duties and render support to other departments when required.
- Respond to ad-hoc assignments in a timely manner.
- Undertake special projects and/or assignments assigned when required.
- **Requirements**:_
- Willing to work in Singapore (Central - South)
- Experience in Inventory Management
- Experience in Infor M3 is advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
