We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented **Assistant Operations Manager** to join our dynamic team and support our Operations Manager in ensuring flawless execution of daily operations and long-term success.
- **Support the Operations Manager**: Assist the Operations Manager in key tasks such as overseeing restaurant operations, managing staff, and ensuring service quality. Step in to manage day-to-day operations when needed.
- **Assist in daily restaurant operations**: Collaborate with the Operations Manager to oversee front-of-house, back-of-house, and guest relations, ensuring all shifts operate seamlessly.
- **Team Leadership**: Support, train, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service. Help with scheduling, team development, and shift management.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that food, beverage, and service quality meet the restaurant’s high standards. Work with chefs, bartender, and service staff to maintain consistency.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in overseeing inventory levels, control costs, and manage vendor relationships. Ensure efficient supply management to avoid disruptions to service.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer concerns, complaints, or special requests, ensuring a seamless and luxurious dining experience.
- **Compliance and Safety**: Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are met. Assist in training staff on compliance with local, state, and federal food safety guidelines.
- **Financial Management**: Support the Operations Manager in monitoring budgets, payroll, and profitability reports. Help with cost control, revenue maximization, and overall operational efficiency.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in executing private events, wine tastings, and special promotions. Work with the marketing team to ensure successful events.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 7 years in restaurant operations with leadership roles, preferably in a fine dining environment.
- Degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field is preferred but not required. Relevant experience will also be considered.
- Acute financial management skills, strong business acumen and excellent knowledge of latest sales and marketing trends;
- Proven ability to manage and inspire a diverse team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to effectively interact with guests, staff, and vendors.
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring that every element of the restaurant operates smoothly and meets luxury standards.
- Ability to quickly resolve issues and ensure mínimal disruption to service.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fine dining setting.
