**Job Title**: Operations Staff (FILIPINO )

**Location**: Singapore

**Department**: Operations

**Reports To**: Operations Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support daily operational activities and assist in project management.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and events as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations.
- Assist in inventory management and order processing.
- Help streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and enhance productivity.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new staff members.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- FILIPINO
- PERMANENT RESIDENT
- CURRENTLY RESIDING IN SINGAPORE
- NOT FOR VISIT VISA TOURIST
- bachelor’s degree required
- Previous experience in operations or administrative support is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
