Job Summary

The Head of Student Recruitment is responsible for the development and implementation of the school’s marketing and student recruitment strategy for the Executive MBA (on campus) Program. The role will require managing, the gathering and use of data to inform strategy and contribute to decision-making concerning the school’s recruitment plan and reputation. The data is further applied in promoting and raising awareness of the programmes with key internal and external interest groups by organizing on-campus recruitment events.

This position will report directly to the Head of Marketing and the President.

Region Responsible for:

- Covering Singapore or SEA market for the EMBA Program.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual student recruitment plan with associated targets and KPIs.
- Conduct recruitment activities, counselling prospects, organising conversion and engagement activities that results to student enrolment.
- Assess and evaluate recruitment performance per intake, rectifying or adopting new measures as necessary to improve and meet targets.
- Manage the program expenditures to be within budget.
- Actively liaise, work, and engage with all stakeholders both internal and external.
- Other duties, as required from time to time in line with the seniority and scope of this role.

Key Performance Index:

- Achievement of student recruitment numbers [80%]
- Expand Agent partnerships & Corporate Tie-ups [20%]

Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales or student recruitment for higher education Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willing to make calls daily.
- In depth knowledge of Hubspot, salesforce and other sales and marketing tools.
- Excellent Written & Oral Communication with pleasing personality.
- Good Presentation skills.
- Self-starter & team player, problem solving skills, ability to work with deadlines and targets.

**Salary**: $1,703.66 - $7,544.32 per month
