We are looking for a Creative Projects & Influencer Relations Executive to support various project teams in acquiring creative marketing assets by working with in-house and external creative asset producers.
You will be responsible for liaising with the necessary parties to obtain creative assets in a timely manner based on the briefs provided by the project teams. External parties include influencers, creative agencies, photographers, and customers. Good communication and project management skills are essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities

Obtain creative asset brief from key stakeholders in the various marketing teams

Interpret the briefs and flesh out the full requirements, actionables and details for the deliverables

Manage the timelines and priority of the deliverables based on the overall strategy of the company

Brief the necessary parties involved in the asset creation

Ensure assets are submitted on time

Conduct influencer, agency or contractor research and influencer outreach, negotiation and contracting to ensure an optimal outcome for the brand according to the marketing brief

Proofread and oversee influencer generated branded content to ensure we stick to campaign timelines and deliverables.

Compile, analyze and assess the performance of influencer marketing campaigns for strategic decisions and improvements.

Build and maintain constructive and sustainable relationships with influencer, monitor event calendar and coordinate brand campaigns.

Skills and experience

Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills

Excellent project and time management skills

Able to interpret and translate general strategic direction into actionable and executable steps

Organized and meticulous

Good critical thinking skills and able to ask thoughtful questions to identify gaps and potential problems

Nice-to-haves
Understand the brand strategy and style guide and have a good eye for high quality creative assets

Have knowledge of direct response marketing
