We are seeking a **Creative Producer/Scriptwriter** to oversee and enhance our creative workflow. This role combines storytelling expertise, production management, and an eye for factual accuracy to ensure every video meets our high standards.

**Key Responsibilities: Scriptwriting & Content Development**:

- Research and craft compelling scripts on MMA topics, including fighter profiles, fight analysis, training techniques, and the sport’s latest trends.
- Simplify technical MMA concepts and strategies for a broad audience while maintaining accuracy.
- Collaborate with the team to pitch fresh, engaging, and audience-aligned video ideas.
- Develop educational and entertaining narratives, ensuring each script aligns with the channel's tone and objectives.

**Creative Production & Direction**:

- Provide creative direction for videos, guiding editors, voiceover artists, and designers to execute the vision effectively.
- Oversee the production process, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with storytelling goals.
- Fact-check all content, including scripts, visuals, and voiceovers, to ensure accuracy and credibility.
- Offer constructive feedback on video edits, voiceover delivery, and overall content quality.

**Research & Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct in-depth research on fighters, techniques, and events to support script accuracy.
- Collaborate with the team to refine narratives, ensuring engaging pacing and structure.
- Implement quality control measures to uphold high standards across all content.

**Team Collaboration & Analytics**:

- Lead brainstorming sessions to refine strategies and develop innovative concepts.
- Leverage analytics tools (e.g., YouTube Insights) to assess video performance and inform future content strategies.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering collaboration and ensuring a shared understanding of MMA terminology and storytelling techniques.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Extensive knowledge of MMA, including its history, techniques, key fighters, and cultural significance.
- Proven experience in scriptwriting and creative production, preferably for YouTube or similar digital platforms.
- Strong research skills with a talent for translating complex topics into accessible narratives.
- Familiarity with major MMA organizations (e.g., UFC, Bellator, ONE Championship).
- Demonstrated ability to manage creative projects and collaborate effectively within remote teams.

**Technical Skills**:

- Understanding of storytelling techniques for digital platforms, particularly YouTube.
