**About Department and Purpose of the Position**
The National University Cancer Institute, Singapore (NCIS) is a national specialist centre under the National University Health System (NUHS). It is the only public cancer centre in Singapore treating both paediatric and adult cancers in one facility.

We are seeking an outstanding and highly motivated Assistant Director in NCIS, supporting the planning, execution and achievement of NCIS work plan and deliverables.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Strategy Planning and Execution
- Responsible for strategy formulation and execution support
- Develop and execute implementation initiatives with PMO framework
- Establish network and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to enhance delivery of oncology care
- Budget and Business Performance Management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and management on annual budget and forecast cycle
- Provide performance analysis in alignment with NCIS work plan and priorities
- Operations Data Analytics
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team to drive improvement of operations using data validation and analytics
- Develop and track metrics that reflect outcomes of improvement work
- Master Expansion Plan
- Manage NCIS master expansion plan, including and not limited to user engagement, project management, budget monitoring and status reporting
- Work closely with internal and external as well as conduct technical assessments for renovation projects and new expansion initiatives
- Support resource planning and corresponding budget alongside with expansion plan

**Key Requirements**
- Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration or biomedical related
- At least 10 years’ working experience. Those with experience working in the healthcare industry and/or project management will have an advantage.
- Commercially oriented and able to articulate the strategic agenda of the work plan into executable, operational plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent planning, analytical and quantitative skills
- Adaptable, able to multi-task and work well independently and in a team
