**The Company**
Our client, a large European MNC within the commodities industry, has a need to hire a Contracts Analyst to join their dynamic team.
**The Role**
Reporting to the manager, you will be tasked to check and validate deals, ensuring deals are updated timely, liaison with traders and finance team on preparation of contracts, sending contracts for review and approval, preparation of tender offers, reviewing of counterparties contracts as well as performing ad hoc related duties when necessary.
**Your Profile**
You should possess a diploma/degree and have good communication skills, are independent and pro-active, have an eye for detail, and bring along with you good organizational skills, and are able to work with tight deadlines. Prior knowledge in incoterms will be advantageous.
