Blockchain Accounting Documentation Assistant

Looking for a blockchain accounting documentation assistant (0-3 years experience, strong writing skills in relation to blockchain record analysis, remote only) to support the Chief Financial Officer (Oscar Franklin Tan) of Atlas Development Services, a core contributor to Enjin Blockchain while clearing specific internal projects. Ideal person will have the:

- communication skill to document in writing key accounting, finance and tax methodologies or policies (ex. due to lost records from the FTX collapse or changes in recording due to chain migration);
- analytical skill to assist in nonstandard analysis and manual checking of specific blockchain accounting records; and
- personality to thrive in a remote-only work environment. ‍

**PROJECT SCOPE**
- Assist in written documentation and internal policy drafting of accounting, finance and tax methodologies or policies
- Assist in nonstandard analysis and manual checking of specific blockchain accounting and transaction data
- Assist in documenting internal policies in relation to integration of enterprise blockchain accounting software and related preparatory tasks such as wallet/account mapping
- Assist in documenting specific workstreams in relation to external auditors
- Potentially assist in other finance, account, tax, and treasury work including preparation of data for fiat accounting software (Xero), completion of financial statements, and monthly reporting, payments and treasury processes ‍

**TERMS**

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Preferred Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or strong foundation in basic accounting
- Preferred graduate from leading university in home country
- Requires basic domain knowledge of blockchain transaction records from centralized platform and blockchain explorers
- Knowledge of technical and accounting treatment of various transactions (swaps, staking, liquidity pool) in different chains (including Bitcoin) a plus
- Strong written communication; can draft clear, concise memos, internal policy documents
- Strong analytical, math/finance skills
- Must be able to work independently as part of a remote working team, in a flat, open work culture. Work not limited to purely accounting/finance matters.
