Asset Management Compliance Intern

Remote, Singapore CHAINUP PTE. LTD. Full time

Internship Duration: Minimum 3-6 months, 3-5 days per week. Outstanding performers may be considered for a full-time role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Compliance Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, including KYC due diligence, reviewing contract terms for legal and regulatory compliance, and managing documentation.
- Fund Establishment Support: Assist in the setup of new funds by reviewing and organizing legal documents, and coordinating communication across departments and with external institutions.
- Client Operations & Maintenance: Support existing clients' operational needs, such as KYC updates and handling subscription and redemption requests.
- Portfolio Data Management: Maintain and update fund management system data, ensuring timely adjustments to NAV information based on business changes.
- Account Management: Assist in the account opening process for banks and exchanges, including document preparation and follow-ups.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Law, Economics, Blockchain, or related fields. Legal qualifications are a plus.
- Understanding of KYC/AML regulations and fund industry-related legal frameworks.
- Basic knowledge of fund operations, portfolio management, and cryptocurrency investments. Relevant internship experience is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Keen interest in the cryptocurrency industry and a willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends.
