This is your opportunity to join our dynamic Global Supply Chain Compliance team as a Purchasing Compliance Manager, providing leadership, strategic guidance, expertise and services to ensure process and product quality for Global Procurement. Here, you'll implement your vision by transforming broad concepts and business strategies into structured projects, lead the design and delivery of new programs and provide solutions to complex, high impact issues. In this role, you will:
- Establish, maintain, review, and improve Agilent’s Procurement programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance to all applicable standards and regulations, consistent with corporate objectives and internal policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain Global Procurement compliance-focused processes, ensuring full compliance to applicable financial, legal, trade, and regulatory requirements. Lead routine monitoring and improvement projects to improve compliance and adapt to business needs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to assure Agilent Global Procurement operational compliance to ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and Medical Device regulations, per-country and global customs and trade regulations, and other regulations as applicable.
- Support the resolution of critical Procurement and Purchasing Controls compliance issues.
- Raise compliance awareness through trainings and communication
- Work independently and exert strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Job Posting Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
Typically 5+ years relevant experience for entry to this level.
Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently.

- Over 5 years of experience in a Quality, Compliance, or Purchasing role with managerial experience.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 certification standard, audit methods and quality improvement tools required. Knowledge of ISO 13485 and Medical Device regulations highly desired. Understanding of Purchasing Controls compliance and trade regulations desired.
- Experience with ERP systems for inventory management and management of purchasing processes
- Requires excellent oral, written, and communication skills
- Must display strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to function effectively within team
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects at the same time
- Requires leadership & collaborative transformation/change management skills.
