Assist in day-to-day of marketplaces and various platform. Manage to follow up with customers' requests, enquiries, orders etc.
- Manage customer via online platform. Provide details/ info/ recommendation to influence/ convert to sales or visit to outlets.
- Review and provide feedback for the marketplaces performance and suggest improvement from time-to-time to optimize the potential sales.
- Utilize reporting systems and data to analyze business reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis and assortment data and report to HOD.
- Focus on market trends and benchmark competitors and be responsible for providing in-depth recaps about category trends to manager to better inform future assortment strategies.

**Job Requirement**:

- Possess Degree or Diploma in E-commerce/ Marketing/ E-marketing/ Multi-media or equivalent.
- Min. 3-year experience in E-commerce/ Digital Marketing/ Social Media/ marketplace platforms such as Lazada, Shopee and etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literate in Microsift office.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Hardworking and passionate in work. Positive can-do attitude with good problem-solving skills.
- Good in teamwork, organisation skills and administration.
