Singapore Office Secretaries Full time

Handle full range of company secretaries works
- Prepare board resolutions and minutes
- Update & maintain statutory registers and records
- Prepare & filling of e-Forms with ACRA and e-Stamping of transfer forms
- Filing ECI and XBRL
- Quarterly billing and Yearly billing to clients
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Perform customer due diligence according to ACRA Act
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Able to help with setting up corppass users and admins
- Requirements- At least 2 years of working experience in corporate secretarial work
- Conversant with the Companies Act and familiar with the regulatory and reporting requirements
- Good knowledge of processes and electronic filing requirements of ACRA
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent organisational skill
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Able to perform under tight deadlines
- Meticulous and organised individual with initiative
- Good verbal/written communication skills
