Singapore NEXIF RATCH ENERGY INVESTMENTS PTE. LTD. Full time

Support the implementation and expansion of Company’s clean-energy portfolio in the Asia region.
- Key areas of focus include solar PV, onshore/offshore wind, hydro, battery energy storage systems (BESS) and gas fired projects at various stages of development (early stage, construction, operations etc.).
- Support senior members of the Investment team to screen, evaluate, analyze, conduct due diligence and execute acquisitions / partnership transactions.
- Be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed financial models of existing Nexif Energy assets (including integrated financial models) and potential investment / acquisition targets.
- Actively support the Investment team in the development and negotiation of termsheets, Joint Development Agreements, Construction Contracts, Financing Agreements, SPA, investment memos and presentations etc..
- Effectively work with internal and external parties such finance, accounting, technical, legal, tax and environmental advisors as and when required.
- Actively collaborate with project development teams across the various geographies to prepare portfolio presentations, budgets and reports for presentation to Company’s Board / Approval committee(s).
- Ensure all business activities are carried out effectively and in line with internal and external policies, procedures and governance frameworks

**Education and Experience**
- University degree with a focus on engineering, science or business. **MBA in Finance is preferred.**:

- More than 15 years of experience in Business development, M&A; Project finance, Debt &Equity related to the Power & Utilities sectors in Asia.
- Prior relevant experience in investment banking, IPP, renewable energy project developer, private equity or asset manager.
- Solid experience in renewable energy developments in Asia.
- Prior experience in project development, portfolio management and/or acquisition of renewable energy projects is a plus.
- Experience building, maintaining and stress testing detailed financial models for power sector projects
- Good connection and relationship with local and international lenders in Asia.
- Strong Financial Modelling and project finance experience.
- Previous working experience in other South East Asian / South Asian country (preferably Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam or India)
- Willingness to relocate to one of these countries in future if required
- Fluency in English is mandatory. strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Presentation etc.. knowledge of a programming language is a plus (VBA, FAST standard etc.)
