**Job Description:
1. Provide online corporate finance and public listing advisory services to clients and reps

2. Coordinate the works of sponsors, auditors, accountants, lawyers, tax specialists, valuers

3. Develop fundraising and public listing strategies, structures and specific steps for cases

4. Collaborate with stock exchanges, private equity portals, investors clubs

5. Train and guide representatives in China in Chinese

6. Check and verify Offer Memos, Financial Forecasts, Valuatin, Pitch Decks

8. Present online fundraising & public listing case studies to associations, universities, clubs

**Job Specifications**:
1. Effective in both written and spoken Chinese and English

2. Have at least 5 years accounting, business, corporate finance, public listing experience

3. Preference for those who have IPO, RTO, M+A hands-on case experience

4. Can travel independently to Canada, China, Indo-China, Hong Kong, United States

5. Strong entreprenurial inclination and wants to own a fast growing business
