- Our client is expanding the business and hence the requirement for additional headcount. With strong franchise supporting businesses across cash, trade and lending products, our client is a formidable provider of financial servicesThe Role Responsibilities
- Manager portfolio of client relationships and deliver against financial targets
- Prospect and onboard new client relationship to grow the bank’s revenue
- Advise and tailor recommend appropriate banking products (Trade, Lending, FX etc.) according to client’s needs.
- Engage in ongoing monitoring and oversight to effectively manage the risk on portfolio and client’s financials performance.
- Maintain a strong compliance culture by taking ownership and bank’s valued behaviours
- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across the bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
- Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles: Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.
- Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
- Individuals with experience in credit underwriting and financial analysis have added advantages
- 5 + years of RM experience within the target segment
- Sound knowledge of banking products such as Trade, Lending, CASA, FX and Banassurance
