Flex Logistics is a fast-growing Healthcare Supply Chain as a Service startup in Singapore.

We are in the hunt for a highly driven and motivated **Sourcing and Operations Executive **to join our highly talented team in a **fast-growing startup at the early stages of growth.
**Responsibilities:
**Sourcing (70%)**
- Conduct company wide direct and indirect sourcing for all departments
- Develop new sourcing policies and process
- Identify local and overseas suppliers

**Operations (30%)**
- Visit client sites to establish strong working relationships and gain a thorough understanding of client needs and operational environments.
- Develop comprehensive implementation plans, outlining necessary steps and resources required to achieve successful deployment of products or services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all implementation items, including hardware, software, and other necessary supplies, are prepared and available.
- Monitor stock levels in the warehouse and manage the re-ordering process to maintain adequate supply levels for ongoing and future client needs.
- Oversee client activities during the implementation phase, ensuring all processes are followed and any issues are promptly addressed.
- Provide continuous support to clients post-implementation, addressing any questions, concerns, or technical issues to ensure smooth operation and client satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and enhance future implementation processes.
- Prepare and present regular reports on implementation progress, stock levels, and client satisfaction to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Possess initiative, able to work independently
- Strong communications skill and organising skills, ability to multi-task
- Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must
- Willing to travel to site
