**Sourcing Manager - Global Operations**

**Summary**

The Sourcing Global Operations team is seeking someone for the role of Sourcing Manager - Global Operations. This role will be responsible for supporting key DTC/MTO (made-to-order) strategies and business expansions in various WSI global markets; overseeing compliance from vendors and support from Sourcing origin teams to ensure the successful execution of short-term and long-term business plans to meet our growing business needs. You will have an opportunity to be an expert and collaborate with a group of talented cross-functional partners: merchandisers, logistics managers, QA managers, compliance managers, and business leaders to provide insights that shape our processes and operations for continued success.

**Responsibilities**
- Actively support the VP of Sourcing Global Operations and the broader Sourcing leadership team in execution of strategic visions, as well as providing findings based on empirical analysis to drive business decisions.
- Facilitate and/or spearhead the design, execution, and deliverable of global projects/initiatives by partnering closely with Global Leadership and various global functional teams.
- Lead the Global MTO/DTC programs’ expansion on behalf of Sourcing Global Operations; establishing KPIs, processes, and structures to drive and support the growth of MTO/DTC in all existing and future global markets.
- Support Global in its business expansion in emerging markets; working closely with Sourcing Leadership, Global Leadership, and cross-functional partners to align on business needs and expectations, as well as ensuring compliance and support from vendors.
- Become an expert in key regulatory and operational requirements of our existing company-owned markets: the UK and Australia to support Global’s growth in those markets.
- Manage and prioritize cross-functional projects; with a focus on execution and discrete analyses to deliver results and identify new business opportunities.
- Serve as internal consultant/SME for project stakeholders and teams; leveraging analytical and strategic frameworks to drive decisions.
- Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional partners to identify and develop best practices to drive results.
- Implement vendor compliance programs with a focus on product quality and shipping timeliness.
- Own the development and publication of WSI’s vendor compliance manual chapters related to company-owned and wholesale markets.

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years college degree (BA/BS).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, production, QA or buying experience in a retail or manufacturing organization.
- Minimum 5 years of working cross functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
- Minimum 5 years of program or project management experience.
- Experience defining program requirements and using empirical data to determine improvements.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with a result-oriented approach to develop effective solutions with a sense of urgency.
- Self-starter with a client-service mentality; capable of working across cultures and functions to achieve business objectives.
- Capable of working autonomously and gaining a deep understanding of various business functions and processes to support short-term and long-term business growth.
- Be innovative and entrepreneurial in seeking solution and delivering results.
- Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive end goals.
- A team player who can adopt and embrace the company culture and values.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools: Excel, Word, Powerpoint.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Postgraduate degree in business or supply chain management.
- Extensive experience working in DTC, B2B, B2C, or other ecommerce channels.
- Knowledge of Western Europe regulatory requirements and compliance rules.
- Experience managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Experience developing and implementing operations strategies in support of key business objectives.
- Experience designing reports highlighting and analyzing outlier/ trends that drive performance and operational improvement.
