Sourcing Manager

This is a key role within our organization where you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and engaging with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery terms that align with our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Efficiently handle purchase requisitions and generate accurate purchase orders in compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Monitor industry trends, supplier markets, and procurement best practices to inform strategic sourcing decisions.
- Provide support to supervisors, contribute to team objectives, and proactively recommend improvements to procurement processes.
- A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess vendor proposals and interpret procurement data.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of handling evolving responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
