DESIGNATION : Senior Sourcing Executive / Sourcing Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and maintaining relationships with supplier networks to achieve objectives of the organisation, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that company’s demand products are made with high-quality materials. You also play a crucial role in analysing the company’s spending and potential cost savings as well as total process efficiency and productivity.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage the company’s supply portfolio ensuring transparency of spending.
- Coordinate sourcing efforts throughout the company’s supply chain, including identifying and eliminating inefficiencies, developing a long-term sourcing strategy, and identifying new and emerging markets.
- Do often research to understand company's operations needs and requirements.
- Analyse and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure.
- Negotiate contract terms, develop, and oversee implementing strategies, and lead negotiations when required.
- Cooperate with stakeholders to guarantee agreement on terms and processes.
- Develop strong relationships with trustworthy vendors and suppliers, including negotiating prices and conditions, and resolving disputes.
- Provide pre
- and post-shipment support for all procurement activities: manage specifications, samples, quality, delivery, and payment, and monitor supply chain compliance with contract terms.
- Ensure all suppliers and subcontractors comply with company policies, including ethical sourcing practices, safety, and corporate responsibility.
- Submit reports to the Management as required.
- Assist Reporting Manager in other sourcing/purchasing-related matters and ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in electronics industry with relevant product knowledge.
- Previous working experience as a Sourcing Manager for minimum 3 years.
- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management and relevant software.
- Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement.
- Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships.
- Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analysing, and interpreting data.
- A team player with strong analytical skill, initiative, energetic and customer oriented.
- Detail oriented and ability to multi-task and meeting datelines.
- Experience in Baan will be added advantage.
