
Purchasing and Store Administrative Assistant

Send RFQ to relevant suppliers for quotations.
- Assist in liaise with local/overseas suppliers on enquiries as and when as required.
- Issue Purchase order, follow up delivery, sourcing of supplier.
- Assist in liaise closely with warehouse, suppliers and to ensure on time delivery.
- Verify Purchase Order, Invoice and Delivery Order before submit to Finance Department for payment arrangement.
- Able to bargain price with supplier.
- Manages the stock level of parts in store.
- Physical stock take.
- Maintain and update supplier’s database on various platform.
- Compiling and constant updating of supplier list.
- To perform data entry and administration duties.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
**Requirements**:
- Preferable 2 years experiences in purchasing.
- Hardworking and willing to learn.
- Possess initiative and able to multi-tasks.
- Good knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications.

- 5 days’ work week
- Location at Tuas Road
