As our Assistant Manager, Creative, you are responsible for championing, managing, and expanding Hmlet creative assets across all channels, owned, earned, and paid, from conceptualisation, ideation, execution, and documentation. You are responsible for translating intangible ideas and concepts into visual and tangible creative outputs.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Assisting in developing the creative direction and marketing strategies to drive demand, amplify brand awareness, and drive engagement
- Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our creative efforts remain innovative and competitive
- Conceptualising and executing creative marketing campaigns across all Hmlet’s channels
- Managing multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, and Product & Tech, to gather necessary information and ensure smooth execution
- Managing and enabling outsourced agencies/vendors to ensure maximum alignments with our commercial initiatives & brand standards
- Setting, forecasting, and reporting performance results
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members, supporting their professional growth and development
- Fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and creativity within the commercial team

**The skills, attitude and experience we require are**:

- Proven experience (min. 2 - 3 years) in a creative marketing role
- Sharp and strong marketing acumen and fundamentals
- Proficiencies in Adobe Creative Suite & Unbounce are a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively articulate complex concept to internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field
