Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Product Manager for the Razer Ecosystem will drive the strategy and create requirements needed to grow one of the world’s biggest gamer ecosystems with over 120M users. The Razer Ecosystem connects our amazing hardware and innovative software with video games and digital platforms on both PC and mobile, world-wide.

To take the lead on evolving the Razer Ecosystem, you should have strong product management experience, preferably with identity and access management systems.
- Own and manage the development of features to expand the RazerID global account system
- Define and standardize features for Razer Software common functions like single sign-on, software installation, and notifications to create a cohesive user experience across our software products on both PC and mobile
- Work closely with business, marketing, and design teams to create innovative feature advancements to drive to business goals
- Lead global cross-functional teams in execution of product requirements
- Collaborate with Big Data teams to drive features needed for Ecosystem growth
- Outlining the expected user experience for each software product for use as a guideline for the UI/UX (User Interface/User Experience) team
- Evaluate the gaming software landscape and the software technology market to create software roadmaps and competitive analysis
- Work closely with various product groups (Software/Peripherals/Systems) to create hardware/software synergy between all Razer products

Pre-Requisites:

- 5-8 years of product management or production experience on software development projects or equivalent role
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
- Strong background and hands on experience in Single Sign On, Federated SSO, Identity & Access Management, and cloud access solutions
- Background in production or product management with direct relevant experience working on software
- Experience using data analytics and customer/community feedback to make actionable recommendations
- Ability to manage collaboration and communication with other teams, both internal and external, to ensure teams have what they need and can work efficiently
- Take ownership mentality with a drive to "get things done" and be invested in the outcome
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations
- Technically creative and innovative
- Able to work well in a global team environment
- Outstanding ability to research and analyze technical topics
- Avid gamer - familiar with various genres of games, game-play, and behaviours
