About the team
Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for creating global livestream content ecosystem product operations strategy with inputs from global content trends on short videos and factoring each countries culture difference.
- Design livestream ecosystem content governance strategy with the purpose of ensuring healthy livestream content.
- Work closely with Trust and Safety team & the local country operations team to push through localization of global content ecosystem strategy; gather the local user feedback to constantly improve the local strategy.
- Analyze existing ecosystem guidelines and feedback review SOP, work closely with product, operations and technical team to solve various problems to ensure constant improvement of the execution of ecosystem guidelines.
- Evaluate abuse trends and quality within vendor operations, and develop creative solutions to address quality, workflows and processes. Develop and provide training to the content moderation team.

**Qualifications**:

- Min. Bachelor degree.
- Min. Bachelor degree.
- Possess at least 5 years of experience in user generated content operations and user generated content moderation. Prior experience in livestream content product is required.
- Have experience navigating through a complex business environment and working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operation.
- Able to judge priorities and be detail oriented.
- Good data sense and able to independently handle data analysis work.
