Spa Therapist

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Provide professional facial and skin treatments and spa services based on DrSpa’s menu.
- Build strong customers relationships.
- Educate customers on long-term skincare routines for optimal results.
- Stay updated on all treatments, products, and spa equipment through regular training.
- Keep informed of all promotions offered from time to time, support promotional events and product launches.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Keep treatment rooms and equipment clean and organised.
- Provide excellent customer service and build client trust.
- Represent our brand with pride as a trusted Ambassador of the Company.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as record keeping, stock taking and ordering of consumable items.
- Take up other ad hoc duties when necessary.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Possess working experience as a Skin/Spa Therapist.
- Passionate about skincare, beauty, and science-backed products and solutions, delivering excellent customer experiences to customers.
- Skilled in skin treatments, comfortable with using diagnostic tools and clinical-grade skincare technology.
- Detail-oriented with an aptitude for maintaining a neat, customer-focused environment.
- Possess good customer service and communication skills.
- Demonstrate positive attitude and can-do spirit.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Work Location: Orchard

Working Hours: 5.5-day Work Week, Retail Hour.

Pay: $2,350.00 - $3,200.00 per month
