RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage day-to-day branch sales and operations.
- Motivate and manage a team of customer service, consultants and therapists to achieve their goals.
- Ensure a high level of service quality and total customer satisfaction.
- Identify, recommend and promote appropriate treatments and products to customers’ needs.
- Work closely with the Marketing Department on the execution of sales and promotional activities.
- Build and establish relationship with customers.
- Handle customers’ feedback and provide service recovery where necessary.
- Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback and coaching.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Required language(s): English, Mandarin (in order to handle customers’ feedback and also, to build and establish relationship with English and Mandarin speaking customers.)
- Required Skill(s): team management, sales and operations, consultation, customer service
- At least 3 years of relevant supervisory/managerial level experience in the beauty/spa industry.
- Able to lead and mentor a team
- Good communications and strong interpersonal skills.
- Result driven and service oriented.
- Strong aptitude in promotional techniques - without hard selling
- Willing to work retail hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- beauty salon management: 3 years (preferred)
- beauty sales: 3 years (preferred)
