**Strategy**:

- Market research across seven South East Asian countries to identify acquisition targets and to inform the annual planning process.
- Coordinate strategy & planning between teams in the different geographies, regional hub and Paris HQ
- Support new market entry (if required)**M&A**:

- Support the expansion of the business through greenfield and brownfield equity investments in renewable energy assets in the APAC region
- Assist the Business Development team in the structuring of the investments and assess economics
- Actively work with internal functions (e.g. risk, legal, tax & accounting) to ensure successful investment execution
- Effectively work with external counterparties to evaluate, structure, and finance both existing and new investments**Investment Approvals**:

- Manage the investment approval process including: reviewing proposals from sales, coordinating reviews with HQ, scheduling hub and HQ approval process
- Ensure that proposals are accurate and present a compelling business case
- Manage actions post approval**Scaling growth**:

- Data driven optimisation of the investment and M&A process across the cycle, including update and maintaining SOPs.
- Setting-up and implementation of tools and processes across the Southeast Asian hub
- Financial model follow-up and optimization
- 3 to 4 years of relevant equity investment experience with a private equity firm, an asset manager, an IPP, a renewable energy project developer or an investment management firm
- Willingness to take ownership for allocated areas of responsibility and eagerness to grow over time
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Experienced in early greenfield development, particularly around Renewable Energy assets is a plus
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, Experience with SalesForce, PowerBI a plus
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
