Description
Lazada wallet is the focal product line that is driving financial and payment service for Lazada along with e-commerce and logistic together. As a Product Manager in Lazada wallet domain, you would commit good experience for our tens of millions valued wallet users and keep looking for innovation for wallet and payment services. You will set up and lead projects including cross-functional teams that will be from tech team, finance, legal & compliance, and 3rd party partners. You will work together with your business stakeholders who are located in SEA including 6 markets to provide localized product and business solution.

Key Responsibilities
- Co-own product roadmap along with product lead and business sponsor and ensure alignment to the rest of the organization
- Drive product definition, with staged engineering execution, go-to-market preparation and rollout strategy for every market
- Ensure high product quality (end user thinking) and stop wrong or unnecessary functionalities / initiatives
- Ensure execution speed: establish clear milestones with visible progress regularly, with emphasis on quick iterations
- Drive a culture of excellence, commitment, and ownership, with good execution and continuous team self-improvement. Mentor and challenge the team to grow personal and professionally

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience;
- Track record of product development from conception to delivery and iteration at an Internet Company, having “made a difference” in product quality,
- 3+ years’ experience in online payment/e-wallet/O2O/ lifestyle apps /Ecommerce related products
- Ideally experience managing software products and projects;
- Identify market opportunities, build business cases, and define product vision and strategy for Lazada Products. An understanding of Southeast Asia e-commerce markets, competition and customer/user requirements in depth would be preferred.
