**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all day-to-day operations of the bakery section of the kitchen & produce breads on schedule. 执行厨房烘焙区的所有日常运营并按时生产面包。

- Responsible to clean up workplace and perform minor maintenance to equipment on daily basis. 负责每天清理工作场所并对设备进行小规模维护。
- Practice good housekeeping & workplace/kitchen safety awareness. 实践良好的内务管理和工作场所/厨房安全意识。
- Ensure compliance of all food safety standards in bakery process. 确保在烘焙过程中符合所有食品安全标准

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in baking and pastry or at least 1 year experience may be preferred.
- Passion in bakery, positive attitude, team player and good communication skills
- Must be able to adhere to health and safety regulations
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Need to work on weekends and public holidays
- Working location: Pandan Loop

Pay: $1,850.00 - $2,500.00 per month
