**Roles and responsibilities**
- Conduct routine checks at production areas to ensure fully compliance with MUIS Halal, AVA regulations and Good Processing practice
- Follow up finding raised by AVA during routine inspections.
- Follow up with pest control vendor upon monthly service at factory, ensure that no pest issue within the premise.
- Perform hygiene audit throughout every department in production to ensure cleanliness are well maintained always.
- Liaise with hygiene department pertaining to public areas cleanliness. For instance, toilet, office, waste disposal and factory landscape.
- Handling customers feedback, investigate and follow-ups.
- Perform quality tasks for incoming raw materials, finished products and swab test
- Any other admin assignments and ad-hoc duties that are assigned by the management

**Qualifications**
- Required language(s): English, Chinese (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required Skill(s): HACCP, MS Office
