**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Duties and Responsibilities**

a) Maintain cGMP standard

b) Protecting the identity and quality of raw, packaging and finished products and ensuring that they comply with specifications.

c) Carry out inspection on in-coming raw, and packaging materials, bulk products, filling, labeling and packing processes as well as final inspection of all finished products.

d) Calibrate laboratory equipment as well as all weighing balances in Celblos.

e) Responsible for keeping quality and production batch records, as well as raw material and finished goods retention samples.

f) Ensure that preventive maintenance of all equipment is carried out according to schedule.

g) Ensure all quality records are kept and any discrepancies is fully recorded, investigated and approved.

h) Works closely with R&D Chemist, Production Supervisor in studying the cause of production defects and how to prevent from future occurrences.

i) Ensure that the scheduled yearly calibration of equipment are carried out and approved.

j) Ensures all finished goods meet QC specifications before they are released to store.

Any other duties and projects assigned by the company which you may require to perform from time to time.
