**Roles Responsibilities
This position reports to the Director and interfaces with Organisation managers and HR staff. Excelsior Holdings SG Pte. **Specific Responsibilities
1. Review and analyse sales reports to manage, develop and improve business plans. Implement new strategies to expand company customer base and improve pipelines, as well as to identify and improve weaknesses.
2. Handle and communicate with customers and resolves any issues and unhappiness. Build new pipelines and maintain current customer relationships while providing the best customer service for long-term partnerships and acquire referrals from customers.
3. Manage, develop, coach and motivate the sales team to deveop better skills for a higher professional standard. Be the contact point for the team for any issues they face and to address any uncertainties and challenges. Assess their strengths and weaknesses and manage the sales program.
4. Record and maintain reports on performance, sales activities and other data in an orderly manner. Provide forecasts in order to plan and improve on future business plans and sales techniques.
