Asia Pacific Segment Manager, Power

Central Singapore PPG Industries Full time

**Main Responsibilities**
- Develop regional PMC Power segment strategy
- Drive regional segment sales and profitability targets
- Improve PPG position with regional key accounts (Owners, EPCs, Fabricators) in SEA, and work with sub-region/country sales team to meet sales target in the rest of Asia.
- Understand market intelligence information and industrial trends in Power
- Understand competitor developments
- Develop regional marketing projects to enable segment growth
- Provide the marketing knowledge training to sales team
- Communicate the regional specific requirements with global segment team and get agreement
- Other tasks assigned by global/regional segment leader

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 10 years working experience in protective coatings, 5 years related experience in offshore wind/power is required. Rich marketing experience in offshore wind/power industrial
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Good command of English, ability of Mandarin
- Good communication skills to collaborate
- Be able to adapt the US time zone for conference call
- Be able to travel - 50% within SEA, another 10% within Asia/cross regions
