**What the role is**
- Singapore’s push for digitalization coupled with cyber threats that are ever evolving in scale and sophistication paved the way for a continuously growing demand for cybersecurity professionals. As a result, we need to strengthen the pipeline of skilled cybersecurity professionals through identifying and empowering individuals with the right aptitude and skills to take on cybersecurity roles. CSDP aims to develop fresh graduates and working professionals over a period of 18 months to be cybersecurity professionals that are capable of securing Singapore’s digital economy and digital infrastructure. CSDP achieves this aim by empowering applicants who do not currently have any experience in cybersecurity to eventually excel in their basics through a 3-month technical training followed by a 15-month on-job training (OJT) in one of the cybersecurity specialisations. After 18 months, officers can look forward to further development opportunities that aim to deepen their cybersecurity skillset.

**What you will be working on**
- As a Systems Engineer under CSDP, you can expect to achieve: - Professional cybersecurity certifications, specialized divisional training, soft skills training and a ModularMaster in Cybersecurity from SUTD. - National level exposure to cybersecurity projects. - Guidance from a dedicated mentor during your OJT. - Deepen cybersecurity skills in an organization that values diverse views, innovation, and a culture of trust among other tech-savvy talents. - A well-organized development programme that develops you into a cybersecurity professional. - Competitive remuneration.
