**Job purpose**

This role reports to the VP of Operations Group and will work with other team members globally to deliver the full range of investment operations services for Lighthouse Canton.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- To work closely with other team members within Operations Group to deliver the full range of services in an effective & efficient way within a robust operational risk framework
- To develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders as well as external parties such as Bankers, Custodians, Prime Brokers, Fund Administrators, Auditors and other service providers to facilitate the delivery of operational services and meet KPI objectives
- To participate in investments, operational and business initiatives to provide strategic and operational inputs for process enhancements.
- To strengthen governance process within the operations team
- Reporting of trade, cash and position related “breaks” with follow-up resolution.
- Monitor corporate actions, resets, expiries, margins and collateral movements.
- Track commissions/Fees paid to brokers and other parties
- Settlement date and trade date reporting with forward looking cash projections.
- Support automation projects, processes, and workflow enhancements

**Prior Experience**

1-3 years relevant experience in Banking/ Asset Management industry preferred. Fresh graduates are welcomed.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance

**Domain Skills**
- Good understanding of Reconciliations (Cash + Position)
- Familiarity with the capital markets technology such as Portfolio Management, Order Management, Reconciliation systems.

**Soft Skills**
- Have historically active interaction with industry participants such as counterparties, clearers, custodians, fund administrators, vendors etc.
- Strong process and systems orientation
