**Job Summary**:
Seeking an experienced professional to lead and enhance the company’s risk management function with a focus on cross-border investments, corporate compliance, and strategic risk mitigation. This role involves oversight of complex international transactions, regulatory frameworks, and enterprise-level legal and operational risks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and implementation of risk management frameworks for domestic and international business activities.
- Conduct in-depth risk assessments related to cross-border investments, corporate structuring, and financial transactions.
- Oversee compliance with international regulatory standards, including foreign investment controls, capital movement, and corporate governance.
- Provide strategic guidance on risk issues related to mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and international expansion.
- Manage legal due diligence processes and advise on deal structuring and risk allocation.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders, including legal counsel, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
- Develop proactive monitoring systems to identify, assess, and respond to emerging risks.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced degree in Law, Business, or a related field; international education or training preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in risk management, legal advisory, compliance, or investment-related roles.
- Strong understanding of international business environments, particularly across Asia, North America, and Europe.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; fluent in English, other language skills a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Background in managing legal and compliance risks for cross-border investments, IPOs, or structured finance.
- Experience advising multinational corporations, investment firms, or public sector entities.
- Familiarity with international legal frameworks, including outbound investment, capital controls, and financial regulations.
