This position serves primarily to assist the NTU-USP management in ensuring the smooth running of the programme’s overseas learning, student club, outreach and publicity of the NTU-USP programme.

**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Assistant Director of NTU-University Scholars Programme, the staff is responsible for assisting in the following areas:
**Overseas Learning**
- Organise briefing sessions and advise students on personal and academic goals, partner university selection, health and safety concerns, intercultural competency, etc.
- Review and update standard operating procedure for overseas learning programme
- Manage study abroad funding
- Assist with the preparation of statistical reports

**Outreach**
- Implement communications strategies, campaigns and/ or initiatives to achieve the goals and objectives of the programme
- Produce collaterals such as videos, brochures, posters etc
- Organise community outreach events/ roadshows

**External/Alumni Relations**
- Plan and organize visits from/to foreign universities, government ministries, schools (secondary and junior colleges) and corporations, etc.
- Maintain partnerships with universities for study abroad programme and alumni

**Student Club**
- Provide advice to Committee in activities proposal writing
- Track club budget

**Alumni Relations**
- Collaborate with the NTU-USP Alumni Association in organizing events

**Requirements**:

- A degree holder with a minimum of 2-3 years of working experience
- Takes initiative and with good organisational skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Proactive team player in reaching out to work and co-operate with peers and/or stakeholders in other departments to derive synergy in related work processes
- Able to multitask and ensure that many different tasks are being carried out effectively and efficiently
- Ability to effectively communicate changes and the impact of the changes to supervisors, peers and direct reports
- Must love working with undergraduates
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office, presentation tools and social media platforms
