- To develop internal strategies and processes that will allow operations to identify and extract items for further processing, including but not limited to testing, detailed information gathering, repairing, re-engineering, cleaning and de-manufacturing. All of the aforementioned processes can be applied to targeted assets to add further value and enhance the final marketability of the assets, thus resulting in higher margin sales.
- To manage the sale of the internal finished goods inventories across the Tes-Amm Group, making disposition value based decisions on further processing and acting to agree the maximum final sale price for any and all assets and commodities.
- To continually develop domestic and international sales channels in line with EHS policy whilst also enabling the stable growth of the sales out revenue and margin streams.
- To build a global team of remarketing product experts.
- Actively support localized team members who are dedicated to the remarketing activities.
- To develop enhanced global and domestic remarketing channels.
- To improve internal operational product knowledge and effective value harvesting.
- To build out an efficient parts harvesting business, including supportive direction for operation teams to implement.
- To drive strategic internal value recovery related improvement projects / initiatives.
- To plan and drive sales out marketing strategies in line with wider company goals, EHS, e-commerce, etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Bachelor Degree ICT, Bachelor of Science or Engineering.
