Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Development:

- Create and innovate new recipes for baked goods, pastries, and desserts.
- Ensure products meet quality and presentation standards.

2. Production Management:

- Oversee daily production of baked goods, pastries, and desserts.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of ingredients.

3. Team Management:

- Lead, train, and motivate a team of bakers and pastry chefs.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.

4. Quality Control:

- Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain consistency.

5. Menu Planning:

- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus featuring baked goods and pastries.
- Ensure seasonal and themed products are developed and implemented.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Head Baker or Pastry Chef.
- Min 5 years experience in management
- Strong baking and pastry skills.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant culinary qualifications (e.g., diploma, degree).
