**A unique and exciting leadership opportunity to build and shape the data strategy of a globally renowned financial services organisation.**:
**Based in Singapore, this role will be responsible for**:

- Developing the firm's data strategy and execution model
- Develop and align data initiatives across the group with the data strategy and framework by partnering with business and corporate functions

**The role will cover the following areas**:

- Development of data strategy
- Designing data operating model and organization
- Data architecture
- Data Life cycle
- Data Solutions
- Global and regional stakeholder management
- Team Management

**Job Requirements**:

- A minimum of 15 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in Data Strategy and / or Data Management.
- A strong understanding of Data Strategy, Data Management, and Data Analytics principles, and one or more of industry-standard Data Management methodologies and capability models.
- Consulting experience at a top-tier consultancy, or a similar internal change / transformation role within a leading Financial Services organisation.
- A background in Financial Services (e.g. banking, insurance, investment management).
- Experience leading small projects and teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with strong experience and comfort working autonomously and in team environments.
