- Conceptualise, execute, manage, and analyse paid search campaigns with the target to attract new prospects, collect leads and generate sales
- Create reports, analyse performance, and draw conclusions to optimise digital campaigns based on the results
- Achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns using analysis of data and staying on budget
- Create and optimise creatives and promotional text for search advertising marketing campaigns
- Continually expand and optimise paid keyword discovery
- Routinely measure and monitor web traffic, online user behaviour, buying behaviour, campaign performance and tracking across multiple channels and customer touchpoints along the customer journey
- Initiates global website content and localises global contents based on local needs where applicable
- Monitors and optimises online marketing tools and digital assets
- Regular content creation and copywriting to drive social media engagement
- Collaborating with other channels (unpaid marketing, paid search, display, content, affiliate) to ensure effective cross-channel strategy and seamless customer journey
- Research and analyse competitors’ digital campaigns

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management / Marketing
- MS Office
- Familiar with Digital Marketing Platforms / Content Management Systems
- Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus
- Working knowledge of Adobe design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is a plus
