We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Growth Lead.**
**Principal Responsibilities**
- Responsible for identifying and executing optimizing revenue and contra revenue in Cards and Unsecured Lending businesses across 9 markets within Asia
- Collaborate with market teams, marketing, distribution, portfolio management, analytics teams, and others to drive revenue initiatives
- Improve visibility revenue drivers and identify optimization opportunities
- Optimize investments in business initiatives call out cost risks / opportunities
- KPIs: NIM margin, NFI margin, YOY Revenue growth, and market share
**Qualifications**
- An accredited Degree/Diploma Holder
- Consumer financial services industry experience and strong understanding of unsecured asset businesses
- Practical experience across multiple markets and/or in a regional role covering diverse markets in Asia
- Strong experience in maximizing Cards P&L in financial services industry.
- Product management experience with keen understanding of customer experience drivers
- Background in running multi-market revenue and growth initiatives
