Negotiate deals between ship owners and charterers about potential business opportunities and contract main terms

Identifying new opportunities and executing course of action

Consistently achieving dynamic professional knowledge and capability

Closely monitoring market movements and its participants to enable first-mover strategy execution

Participate in events such as forums or networks which provide robust support for business acquisition and professional connectivity

Active engagement with the various stakeholders of the company to propel team synergy advantage

**Requirement**

Pro-active disposition in searching for business opportunities

Resilient especially in facing sudden adversities
