Lead and project manage the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and/or other ISV solutions as and when the company decides as the core solution offering as part of its service expansion.
- Provide and lead in the consulting activities for the full life cycle of Business Central implementation including but not limited to Supply Chain Management (Sales/Procurement/Inventory) / Manufacturing and MRP for material planning. The full life cycle of an ERP system implementation will include but not limited to Project kickoff, AS IS understanding, TO BE design leading to Business Requirement Documentation for customer sign off, System Configuration and Integration Test, Conference Room Piloting, User Acceptance Test, Train the Trainers, Go Live Support and Post Live Support.
- Provide documentation during project implementation such as business analysis, requirements documentations and process workflow documents and obtain sign off of any deliverables as stipulated in the project contract with the customers.
- Manage client's expectations and achieve high customer’s satisfaction.
- Provide logical and 'best practice' solutions for users.
- Able to handle and understand users' complex workflow and requirements and articulate corresponding practical solutions in line to Business Central configurations or in consultation with the technical team on appropriate development of customization.
- Provide post implementation support to Business Central users.
- Assist in troubleshooting along with the technical consultant on possible bug or workaround, provide issue resolution and support.
- Provide guidance to junior members of the project team on full cycle system implementation, including the conduct of user requirements and process change.

**Relevant Experience**

1. 2 to 4 years of relevant working experiences, including at least 4 end-to-end ERP / systems implementation cycles. Experience with ERP systems such as Business Central, Navision, SAP, Oracle, etc. will be an advantage.

2. Those who have worked in manufacturing/production supply chain/logistics functions such as procurement, inventory, warehousing, MRP and supply chain will have added advantages.

3. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in written is a must.

4. Demonstrated ability to work independently.

5. Working knowledge of Office 365 and ERP are essential.

**Requirements**:
a. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or relevant field.

b. A minimum of 4 years’ experience in systems implementation of which at least 4 end-to-end implementation cycles.

c. Ability to work in a collaborative environment.

d. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

e. Highly analytical mindset.

f. Self motivated, able to work independently, willing to learn, dare to venture beyond comfort zone.
